Leveraging my skills in building relationships, problem-solving, and providing excellent customer satisfaction, I partnered with multiple real estate and legal professionals to identify and purchase 16 high potential properties for rehabilitation in advance of the Barack Obama Presidential Library and the University of Chicago campus expansion.
