Head of Cross Function Services, Global Outsourcing GermanyRevenue: € 455M; FTE: 1.350Responsibilities include:• Outsourcing strategy, portfolio & innovation, solution design & architecture, transition & transformation, escalation management• Project Manager – defining and implementing a globally aligned strategy for outsourcing business in Germany, devising quarterly tasks and targets break-down for the following two years• Project Manager – establishing enhanced solution design process together with Timisoara and Mumbai to optimize offshore and nearshore ratio for new quotes• Integration Project Manager (McKinsey) – integrating SIS Germany into new ATOS, identifying additional offshore potential for existing business, establishing Lean Management, optimizing indirect FTEs

Responsibility for new setup and carve-out of SIS Division “Outsourcing” in Germany:• Design, implementation and roll-out of global organization blueprint in Germany• Integration of the five subsidiaries into one functional organization with 1.700 FTE• Managing a project to investigate low-end portfolio with view to potential sell-out out to partners

Global revenue: € 120M Responsibilities included: • Profit & loss management; global delivery management; global crisis management • Setting up and heading a global sales team in USA, Sweden, UK, DK, CZ, NL and Germany; devising and implementing global processes, reporting and customer development procedures • Successful negotiation of global contracts • Building up and maintaining a relationship of trust at CEO level • Growing Siemens Energy into one of the largest offshore customers and replacing IBM as preferred partner • Increasing market share in the application business from 20% to 70% • Achieving a significant profitability increase • Best rated vendor in 2009 by Siemens Energy Procurement • Project Manager (Salesfactor, The Boston Consulting Group) for a sales push in application management and solution business
