Back to Consulting! I returned to what I know how to do best and I went full throttle. I was mainly in two simoltaneous projects. One with a Media Agency that due to it exponencial growth was having operational issues so we made a diagnosis in order to relocate the main areas in a more functional structure. Also processes and job profiles were redesigned and implemented. And the other one was a process redesign and blueprint for a mexican craftmanship due to an ERP implementation.

Full time radio producer. In charge of live and recorded shows. Also a writer and a presenter from time to time.

After two years as a BA in Deloitte´s S&O area, I got my promotion to Consultant, some projects and abilities developed:-Project management abilities: creation & update of work plans, weekly and monthly reporting to main stakeholders of the projects . Also in charge of data bases of risk, issues, action items and it´s mitigation plans. I have worked over three different industries as a Project Manager: government (oil & gas), telecommunications and financial. I have been able of developing my manager and work team skills-Other projects participations: analysis and re design of processes but with a management role-Involved in different initiatives for the Firm such as recruiting of new members and Alumni

After 5 months in the KMC, I switched to S&O. First two years in Consulting, main projects and skills:- Project analysis: sectorial & market analysis within different variables. Industries: consumer business, transportation, etc- Process redesign: data collection, analysis, design, and standardization of processes. Industries: government (financial) and telecommunications
