I am passionate about learning new things etc. and how to teach and coach especially the engineering students in order to get the best results and to increase the study motivation. I am also interested about coaching and leading experts, e,g, such as engineering teachers and other technical staff. I also want to implement some lessons learnt from cultural institutions (like e.g. theatre) about how to lead creative organizations in order to improve innovation capability in any organizations.One of my main missions in the higher education field is to increase the multicultural and multidiciplinary competences of the engineering students plus to help them to develop their teamwork skills and to increase their tolerance for ambiguity. I want to help students to be able to work in international working environment and to become entrepreneurial. That is why i have been involved in creating and attending with our engineering students in appr. 20 intensive courses together with colleagues from foreign universities during the last 13 years. I also have a passion to develop the engineering students ` business skills. Specialties: I am nowadays more like the T-shaped person with a broad understanding of many issues and fields of knowledge such as financial and managerial accounting , mineral processing and geology, behavioral issues in accounting and control, entrepreneurship, company development, strategic management, project management, leadership in general, pedagogical issues , teaching, electronic learning environments , circular economy, ESG issues, creativity, international courses, export education, CLIL (content and language integrated learning) , coaching , multicultural team work , PBL (problem based learning) , project learning, curriculum development , auditing the engineering programs and real estate management.
