I am a facilitator, coach and trainer who helps individuals, teams and organisations grow into their best. My toolbox is ever-expanding to strengthen people's resilience and organisations to become more creative, effective and happier places to grow and work in. I offer process support, workshops, training and coaching programmes for people and organizations throughout the world. I grew up in East Africa, and for the past 25 years, I have lived and worked for 16 years in Central America, South and South-East Asia and East Africa. I now live in Sweden.I am a certified Emotional Intelligence coach with Beyond Emotional Intelligence, a one-of-a-kind programme to awaken and nurture our emotional intelligence, and a trained teacher in Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC).
