Leading and developing OP Real Estate Asset Management’s sustainability work. I follow the development of new possibilities in this area and also the development of both national and EU regulations (SFDR, EU Taxonomy etc.) in order to implement new targets, measurements and standards in the company's investment processes in different real estate investment strategies.

Investment Manager at OP Real Estate Asset Management Ltd2018-19 I followed and researched the market trends in international real estate investing, focusing especially on Western Europe and the United States. I was responsible for a dozen investments made in international funds and represented in several advisory boards.I was also responsible for the company's ESG agenda and ESG reporting - a work task that grew with time to take more and more of my time.Since 2020 my work shifted to working almost full-time with developing OP Real Estate Asset Management’s sustainability strategy and developing ESG reporting.

Fund analyst at OP Real Estate Asset Management LtdI did financial analyzes and was responsible for internal and external reporting (investors, authorities, funds and partners). An important part of the work was managing the service provider network, verifying the correctness of the numerical data produced by accounting and back office, as well as fund management related tasks. I was also leading the project from my teams part when we together with a software company developed a new investment management SaaS tool.

For a brief period of time I got to use again my previously earned knowledge in housing debt for the bank's retail clientel. The work with retail customers laid a good ground for moving on to working with commercial real estate.

I worked in OP's back office with value accounting, cash management, reporting and other client management tasks. My work experience in back office assignments has been very valuable when moving forward to other stages of the investment processes regarding especially private equity investments and different kind of real estate debt investments.

Luckan is a Finland-Swedish information and cultural centre. I worked independently on an EU funded research on support services that are provided in Swedish to youths in the Uusimaa region. I did a comprehensive research and formed a development plan for the services based on my analysis. The Ministry of Education and Culture chose to fund important parts of the development plan I had made up for the support services in this area.

My role as guidance counselor was both pedagogical and administrative. I counseled students individually and in class. My administrative work included preparation of various summaries, reports and surveys. I was also a member of the school’s management team, where I planned and led the school's operations together with the other team members.
