Stora Enso was the presenting sponsor for the FIS Nordic World Ski Championships in Seefeld in 2019. I was leading the project; taking care of company’s visibility in the event, negotiating and cooperating with local organization committee and contract partner, other sponsors and external partners as well as for example coordinating different activities initiated by Stora Enso which took place during the championships.I was also responsible for Stora Enso's approx. 60 volunteers on-site, keeping trainings prior to the event and handling all practical arrangements related to them. Responsible for hotel bookings, logistics and entrance tickets for hundreds of guests. I was also working closely with communications and brand identity questions. I had budget responsibility and I was reporting to the top management of the company.

I was working as CFO/county manager assistant while looking for a permanent job in Finland after moving back from Sweden. I was taking care of CFO’s calendar, organizing internal & external meetings and events, handling invoices and providing any other support that was needed in the CFO/CEO office.

Stora Enso was the presenting sponsor for the FIS Nordic World Ski Championships Lahti2017. I was responsible for i.a. training, leading and providing any kind of support for the approx. 100 Stora Enso -volunteers coming to the games from all over the world. I had an active role in assisting in communication, arranging a wellness challenge for the employees as well as supporting divisions and teams with their own events during the games. I took care of hotel arrangements for divisions, volunteers, board members & group leadership team and played an important role in logistics arrangements.
