I am an experienced strategy facilitator, change manager and developer of the organization based on the strategic requirements. I like to take the lead and work in the intersection between strategy, implementation, developing people and adaption of the organization based on a responsible strategy. My focus is to facilitate that leadership, management system, processes, structure, competencies and culture enable execution and that execution is supported by strong meaningful storytelling that bring people on board to feel motivated in the common effort. I have experience in creating interdisciplinary collaboration in both projects and line management, which strengthens strategic action around goals, meaning and social responsibility. I promote cross-functional cooperation, because it ensures quality solutions to complex problems, and can engage the organization and strengthen strategic power of execution by rallying around common goals and sustainable change.Organizing and facilitating workshops and dialogue is a big part of the process when an organization wants to develop.
