At CHOICE I started as the lead of our internal capacity building cluster, where I organised training sessions for our volunteers. In 2017 I facilitated our internal restructuring process, which allowed me to get more experience in management and human resources matters. After this I worked on several smaller projects, such as a position paper on sex work, creating a national constituency and our #IkKies campaign on access to the abortion pill.In 2016 and 2018 I facilitated a training on Youth Leadership at TaYA Ethiopia in Addis Ababa.

I founded and chaired the chapter in 2014. Universities Allied for Essential Medicines works to ensure that drugs and medical technologies invented at universities are affordable and accessible for the patients that need it worldwide.

The Amsterdam Youth Force worked to ensure meaningful youth participation at the AIDS2018 conference.

I worked to promote the sexual and reproductive health and rights of youth people and to ensure the meaningful participation of youth in the decisions that affect their lives. I worked from within and together with the Health and Aids department of the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs, but could also work independently and set my own agenda's. I liaised with both national and international NGO's and UN agencies, I spoke on panels, I participated in networking events, contributed to policy discussions, managed a social media channel, blogged, attended conferences and spoke with youth groups. I organised a three day international conference for sex educators from Europe. I was responsible for the fundraising.

I organised a local sexuality education project in Amsterdam primary schools. I facilitated classes in schools myself and trained and managed other educators.

I was the national coordinator for the 'Tienerwijs' primary school sexuality education project. I supported local chapters in organising the project and helped chapters that did not yet participate in this project to set it up.
