Lotte Van Der Net is a Masterstudent Geneeskunde aan de Faculteit der Medische Wetenschappen Radboud Universiteit at Radboudumc. Colleagues describe her as "Lotte and I were part of the board of RAMS 2020/2021. The longer we worked together, the more impressed I was with Lotte's capabilities as a chair: 1. She listens to all the parties involved and gives everyone the option to say his or her opinion while keeping an eye out for the time set. 2. She is assertive yet diplomatic: she has advocated for RAMS many times during the board year. She indeed became the face of RAMS, and she single-handily increased our value and publicity on campus. 3. She is clear and polite in her communication, both to her fellow board members and to other parties involved, e.g. other organisations on campus and the supervisory and advisory board. Lotte is a born leader! She has been an excellent asset for RAMS, and I am sure that she would greatly contribute to any team, especially in a leadership position."
