In this position I am responsible for drawing up complete and unambiguous software requirements specifications (both functional and non-functional requirements) in a scrum team. Analyzing, assessing and documenting requirements for new software developments and aligning them with the wishes, requirements and ideas of users are one of my core activities.

March 2016- juli 2019: IVO - The Council for the Judiciary (Raad voor de Rectspraak)The KEI street is a fictional street where a software product is made for the Council for the Judiciary (Raad voor de Rechtspraak). I worked on two projects in different disciplines. In both projectteams I fulfilled the role of tester. In this role, I kept myself busy with testing the software both backend (Oracle/.Net) and front-end (Oracle/.Net). In addition, the preparation and documentation of test cases is also one of the activities that keeps me busy. To monitor the project we work by the SCRUM method. All the work is monitored by a SCRUM board. Project "Toezicht"I started to work on a new project, named "Toezicht". This application is built in .Net and works with Dynamics CRM2016. While working in France, with three colleagues, we're responsible for the planning of the accommodations, preparing the arrival and departure day, in and outcheckings of guests, handling complaints and inquiries and contact with the regional manager. It was important to also have contact with the reception of the campsite so that the camping knew what we where doing. In addition to these tasks, we were responsible for cleaning and maintaining all the accomodations.

Due to the implementation of a new CRM system I worked here temporarily. It was important that the membership records were transferred correctly and everything was checked for errors. The daily activities continued. Telephone contact with the head of the gardens and the gardeners themselves. Answering questions on the phone and / or email. The handling of payments and sending out the new membership card.

Torrevieja, Spain

I always wanted to work in Spain. My third-year internship was above the perfect moment to try it out. I packed my things and I moved to Torrevieja in Spain. I was working for an estate agency and kept me primarily engaged in administrative work. For my assignment for my study was to write a business plan.
