With an entrepreneurial mindset and diverse background spanning business ownership, marketing, and both academic and management roles, I offer a unique perspective to leadership in HE - with a focus on online and digital enhancement. In my 20s I founded The Vine, a CIPR award-winning integrated marketing and PR agency & this entrepreneurial experience provided commercial awareness and a flexibility I rely on daily.Transitioning into HE, I blended my professional practice with pedagogy as a lecturer and module leader for UG & PG courses - both on-campus and online.In 2016, I developed and delivered modules for Falmouth University's online MA Advertising & Marketing course. Collaborating closely with their OPM partner, CEG Digital, I was quickly appointed as Centre Head, then promoted within a year to Centre Director for the partnership. In this operational leadership role, I managed a portfolio of 11 courses and a partnership with Hearst Magazines.I led teams including Course Officers, Student Experience, and 40 tutors whom I recruited, trained, and managed. I joined Regent's University London as Head of Flexible Learning and later became Head of LX, leading its LX department on institution-wide projects such as the introduction of the RADAR Learning Design Framework and a new Module Development Process.With my unique blend of business leadership, creative problem-solving, and commitment to student success, I'm well-equipped to drive strategic initiatives in the learning & teaching space. In 2024, I became a Senior Fellow of the HEA.In late 2024 I joined Corndel College London as Director of Academic Curriculum Design & Student Success.
