VENZO_ connect was acquired by Redpill Linpro effective January 1, 2023.

Enrolled in Salling Groups Graduate Program on the IT track, which means being positioned in various functions in the IT Department. The first rotation was in E-commerce/Sales as a Business Analyst. In this position I delivered various projects eliciting business requirements and writing documentation and performing E2E testing of websites and identifying opportunities for optimizations working closely with both frontend and backend developers securing coordination.The second rotation was in IT HR as a Consultant. Among other responsibilities I did daily support and troubleshooting in various HR systems and was involved in a SuccessFactors Employee Central and KMD Payroll implementation with integrations and migration as main focus. I graduated from the Program on August 31, 2021.

In my position in the Training and Development department, I assisted in implementing a new ERP system (SAP - Microsoft Dynamics AX) and was responsible for maintaining and updating the internal platform, Microsoft Dynamics AX. Moreover, I was responsible for alignment in employee qualifications which led to a significant improvement.

Assisted in teaching the course, Operating Systems and Applications (Computer Science). Introducing new students to the masters degree, IT, Communication and Organization, providing them with information and knowledge about campus and everything in relation to the social and academic life at Aarhus University.

My role in the Sales and Marketing department consisted in writing sales letters and updating potential customer data.
