As a specialist Trauma Psychotherapist, I offer a wide range of techniques and modalities to help clients and promote their individual healing. These include EMDR and clinical Hypnotherapy that are highly successful in helping clients to process, integrate and release their blocked trauma.The modality of Art Psychotherapy can also encompass the aforementioned skills and offer an eclectic and skilled level of therapy for individuals and groups. The use of art materials and other methods of creativity facilitates communication and healing; allowing a person to process, change thought networks, their individual beliefs systems, feelings and emotions around difficult and challenging experiences that continue to effect them.My extensive career, knowledge and qualifications also enable me to offer a skilled and specialist teaching service, advisory teaching and supervision in both the therapeutic and education sectors.
