• Responsible for maintaining and updating a standard operating policy and procedure manual.• Responsible for official RMHC business. Maintains communications with McDonald’s Co-Op and Corporation and RMHC both local and global. • Responsible for budget design and monitoring of operating expense statistics, donations and room revenue analysis and projections, communications, and volunteer budgets in tandem with the Board Treasurer and the finance committee.• Responsible for the development of RMHCCF Directors and Managers. • Responsible for supervision, training, performance evaluation, goal setting, salary recommendations and work schedules of RMHC employees.• Responsible for staff development.• Oversees development and updating of Volunteer policies and handbook.• Provide overall direction of the board’s work.• Lead the planning and implementation of the board’s work.• Work with Board Chairman and Committee Chairs to ensure overall direction of board is fulfilled.• Attend meetings of the Board of Directors and all committee meetings as needed to report program or development issues.• Provide new Board Member Orientation with participation from the Board Development Chair.• Prepare Annual Report of RMHC of Central Florida.• Oversees the development and expansion of the operation to families and children through RMHC of Cent Florida.• Establish strong links to the business community. Primary liaison to medical facilities, local university and colleges, city and county agencies, civic organizations and Chamber of Commerce.• Promote community awareness and support through public speaking, appearances and attendance.• Develop and implement a fundraising plan supporting the annual operational objectives and goals of RMHC of Central Florida, consistent with available resources and schedules.
