Lou brings a unique blend of strategic and operational management, entrepreneurship and coaching expertise to his role as Executive Coach and Chief of Staff at Inflection Point Partners (IPP). With a foundational career in finance, including a pivotal start at Morgan Stanley, Lou has honed his skills in investment analysis, private equity, and team/people development, making him an invaluable asset to clients across industries.At IPP, Lou is instrumental in creating structured processes and driving growth initiatives. His foundation in finance, combined with his experience in managing operations, positions him to address the challenges faced by executives in this sector. In the last two years, he has successfully coached multiple private equity and c-suite executives to achieve meaningful stretch goals.Prior to joining IPP, Lou displayed his versatility and leadership as a Managing Partner and Co-Owner in the restaurant and wholesale food business – achieving significant growth and tripling sales over seven years, while navigating through two hurricanes and the pandemic. Lou also has deep work experience in Sports & Entertainment and Non-Profits and has worked for and with: the Associated Press, National Basketball Association, Major League Baseball, the Sanneh Foundation and Tim Tebow Foundation.Lou recently completed Columbia University’s distinguished 3CP Coaching Certification Program, and holds a BA in Economics from Columbia and an MBA from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota focused on entrepreneurship. He is training under the guidance of Founder & CEO Matt Spielman and his coaching approach focuses on co-creating a high-touch partnership with clients to help them generate the necessary clarity, energy, and motivation to achieve meaningful goals in their lives.Lou splits his time between Naples, FL and NYC.
