Provide Support in performing loan documentation duties on the most complex loan packages to ensure compliance with the company's policies and goverment regulations.Process or close loans and act as main point of contact for internal or External customer during the loan process.Perform administrative, operational, or customer support tasks related to complex loan packages.Manage an assigned pipeline of all loan types relative to business line.Provide subject matter expertise and interpretation of procedures to the team of Loan Documentation specialists to ensure timely completion of work.Interact with immediate Loan Documentation team, functional area and internal peers outside work group on information related to the routine loan documetation process.

Segregate request to the correct process and make sure that the correct request will be sentto the correct process.Response to the request and question by the adviser and clients.Cancel policies as requested by the customers, but make sure all the documents that areneeded are provided.Responsible to send out pre-formatted return to sender letters to clients.Receives calls and assist Client, Adviser or authorize users in questions regarding on thepolicy.Process payments, Cancelation, Update information of the policy owners.Trained in Cancelation, Authorization, Direct Debit, Nomination of Beneficiary and Returnto sender in Retail Admin.

Review/Investigate documents submitted by the broker and make sure all the documents are correct and complete.Email the Broker if there are documents need to be submitted for the application to proceed.Update all the certificates and Membership of the brokers in our data base.Validate if the errors of the submitted documents are already resolved.
