Coordinate the integration of the National Archery in the Schools Program into public and private schools systems throughout MD. Also organize and oversee State level Archery competition for NASP Schools within MD. Also function as team member of the national NASP Team in reviewing policies, providing input, assisting at National and World level tournaments. Also provide archery instructor certification up to Basic Archery Instructor Trainer through the NASP program. Identify funding sources for schools and assist them in purchasing the necessary equipment.

Oversee operation of statewide sportsman's non-profit organization to include publication oversight of newsletter, running quarterly meetings, establishing and maintaining internet presence for the organization via website, social marketing, and responses to e-mail inquiries.Also serve as representative to MD's Wildlife Advisory Commission, MBS liason to MD Legislative Sportsmans Foundation and Western MD Sportsman's Coalition.Coordinate and oversee annual fundraising events; coordinate with Executive Board to review grant requests, business expenditures, etc.

Led a 300 officer unit to effectively and securely transport some of MD's most violent incarcerated individuals. Required extensive interaction with courts in all MD jurisdictions, medical facilities across the state as well as various vendors providing services and supplies. Also required coordination with various local, state and federal law enforcement agencies agencies.
