I lead a team of creative professionals who produce video content that tells the story of EY’s capabilities and brand to drive business, employee knowledge and engagement, and retention. I work with the most senior partners and staff in the Firm as a trusted senior advisor and subject-matter expert.Internal: In a firm of more than 200,000 people a common understanding of services and capabilities is essential and integration of capabilities across service lines is critical to growth and success. Our video and multimedia content is viewed by EY people globally and EY is routinely judged a great place to work and build a career. As a hands-on manager, my responsibilities include project management – including working with clients on concept and strategy, planning, budget, execution and timely delivery of final product. As director in-studio and on location, I motivate people including talent, videographers, lighting and sound professionals to work together efficiently and effectively. Often the individuals have not worked together before and the team needs to come together quickly and work seamlessly.External: We help to tell the story of the EY brand and capabilities to businesses and to communities where EY works and lives through programs such as EY World Entrepreneur Of The Year and Entrepreneur Of The Year and Strategic Growth Forum in the US. These events attract audiences of more than 2000 attendees annually. Content created for these events reach a global audience through ey.com, Twitter and YouTube. .

I was responsible for management of Continuing Medical Education function, Supervisory Skills Training, Media Services and the Medical Library. Prior to this role was the Media Services Manager responsible developing and managing the media production capability. Working with external and internal resources to design and build the studio and editing facilities. I managed a team which included video and photographic professional. I was responsible for budget and operations.
