I have been a Clinical Administrator for 15 years at Medicess. During this role, I have helped manage a range of cases in the medical industry , liaising with insurance companies, solicitors and treatment providers regularly. I co-ordinate the administrative duties for a range of Case Managers and patients too. General duties include, sourcing treatment providers, managing general ad-hoc duties, communicating (whether this be over the phone or email) with clients regularly, working on Proclaim, checking and editing written documents and distributing invoices.
