I am responsible for maintaining the Health & Safety of all staff at Red Box. I am also responsible for managing the Quality Management System (ISO 9001 & 14001). I successfully achieved our accreditation in March 2017, only 5 months after joining the Company, which was a huge accomplishment. I have recently transitioned the company to the new ISO standards (9001:2015 & 14001:2015), and again successfully gained our accreditation with a 100% pass! I support the Accounts & Purchase Managers in their roles, invoicing, sending out statements, raising purchase orders etc, and am familiar with Sage 50. I can confidently engage with customers both face to face and over the telephone, and liaise with our own engineers and managers.

I was responsible for all patients aged 75+ under the 'Pro-active Nursing Care Service, which included venesection, health checks, blood pressure monitoring, urine analysis, performing ECG's, certain vaccinations (Vit B12's & influenza), dressings, NPHC's. I was also on the 'Learning Disabilities Enhanced Service Team' and performed the pre checks for all LD assessments.This was a fantastic service we offered, and the hospital admissions rate fell dramatically as patients were receiving a dedicated health service either in the surgery or at their home, and highlighted any problems or issues they were having. We were able to refer these patients to outside services which they may not have had access to before this service was offered. Sadly this ceased in March 2017 as it was changed to the 'Community Wellbeing Service'
