I am a Creative Director working with leading global design studios, iconic brands and bespoke independent clients to pioneer commercially and consumer-focused creative content and strategies. With 20+ years multifaceted industry experience as both a creative and design leader, I have led global brand rollouts alongside leading smaller tailored projects with clients including Canon, Intel, Oxford University Press, Reckitt, Allianz, Vodafone, and NatWest and RBS.Beginning my career as a Designer at Enterprise IG and then Brand Union, I progressed to Design Director at this WPP-owned global brand agency before being promoted to Creative Director in 2015. I then continued my creative leadership trajectory when Brand Union united with several other agencies to become the ‘powerhouse’ Superunion. Most recently, I served as Creative Director at Design Bridge and Partners, a WPP-owned global design partnership formed from the merger of Superunion and Design Bridge in 2023.Leveraging a diverse background in creative direction, branding and design across multiple sectors and channels, I motivate delivery of high-impact creative output, while nurturing collaborative client partnerships and building inclusive and engaged studio cultures. With an innate ability to articulate big ideas and connect them to strategic goals, along with strong commercial and financial acumen, I embed storytelling at the core, to deliver original work across different media and formats, successfully lead winning creative pitches and ensure best-in-class project practices. Renowned as an empathetic, proactive and insightful leader and craftsperson, I foster collaboration across the client and wider stakeholder ecosystem, building trusted relationships and positioning the brands and organisations I work with as innovators in their field. Additionally, with a firm belief that everyone’s voice deserves to be heard and a continuing passion for design, I am committed to coaching and developing talent in my executive roles and across the wider creative landscape. This has included mentoring MA students at Ravensbourne University London and active involvement in mentorship programmes such as DA&D New Blood.
