I have more than 30 years of experience in the restaurant industry, working as a Director of Operations for two fast-growing chains, Chick-fil-A and Elevation Burger. I managed multiple locations, supervised teams, and coordinated with vendors and partners. I also led the expansion, renovation, and marketing of several stores, resulting in higher traffic, revenue, and profitability. My core competencies include hospitality, catering, people management, team building, and teamwork.
