Led an undermanned team of three to support resource/personnel management and business organizational structure for senior corporate leaders in three countries. Liaised between corporate leaders and higher headquarter entities to create solutions. Consulted with Commanders, Chiefs and senior enlisted members to provided courses of action for various manning issues. Led team discussions to determine the best course of action that was reasonable and attainable.

Manages day-to-day operations of permanent party UH facilities. Determines eligibility, assigns and terminates and maintains waiting lists. Performs facility management for Unaccompanied Housing under my control. Budgeted and executed program for supplies, linens, equipment, furnishings, local drayage and storage, cable TV and telephone reconnection reimbursements, etc., necessary to maintain daily operations. Worked with upper management to execute a bay orderly program. Assesses good order and discipline and exercises general supervision over residents. Mentored residents and assists them in their adjustment to military life, the development of military attitude and their enhancement of social skills. Mediated resident disputes. Coordinated and advised unit upper management on all matters concerning dormitory residents and dormitory quality-of-life issues. Advised various dormitory councils. Managed BAH waiting lists for unaccompanied personnel desiring to reside off base. Processed authorizations to stop and start BAH based on occupancy of government quarters. Conducted quarterly verification with the base Financial Services Officer for members drawing single and partial rate BAH. Performed space allocation assessments as required and made recommendations to ensure optimum utilization. Provided data to determine and support UH construction and renovation requirements to include inputs for the Air Force Dormitory Master Plan (DMP).

Safeguarded and delivered Armed Forces Courier Service material. Provided protection for material from receipt through delivery or to storage; and cautioned handlers to exercise care in storing material. Verified each item by identification number when receipting for or delivering material. Maintained constant surveillance over material in custody on the courier route.

Led team in maintaining 275 KW generators. Also maintained HVAC equipment.Let a 25 member team in performing Honor Guard services across 3 states. Made schedules, communicated with the VA to coordinate funeral services and local agencies for Color Guard services.
