Author of You Are Not Your ADHD. get your copy here: https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/1068768401💪 The hardest battles I’ve faced weren’t during my 28 years of British Army service. They began in my childhood and carried through decades of struggle with my mental health and well-being. 💪It’s a battle I know many leaders fight too.You show up strong, wear the mask of confidence 😎You've achieved success, with a home, family, career—seemingly everything 🏡🚗🧑🧒💰But beneath it all, something’s missing. Inside, you feel like a failure, overwhelmed by doubt 🫥Others seem happier, more fulfilled, further ahead. And yet you’re just surviving, exhausted 😴🤕You want more, but don’t know where to begin. But here's the truth: you are not alone, and this battle can be won 🏆For years, I sought different paths to help others heal—only to realise I was searching for my own. Knowledge alone wasn’t enough. The key ingredient I was missing? Belief in myself. At my lowest, I reached out, knowing I couldn’t fight this alone 🤝That’s when everything changed. Having someone believe in me until I could believe in myself was the missing piece. Now, I’ve become exactly who I always aspired to be: resilient, mentally healthy, and filled with self-belief 💪I’m grabbing life with both hands, turning my dreams into reality.Every leader needs someone who can light the way through the dark 🔦Someone who will believe in them, even when they can’t believe in themselves yet, and cheer them on all the way 🙌That’s my mission: to empower other leaders to do the same.---NMC Registered Mental Health Nurse EMCC Accredited Senior Practitioner Coach Enhanced DBSWith over 30 years of experience across sectors including Higher Education, the British Armed Forces, the NHS, and various charities, I specialise in mental and emotional well-being for leaders and their team. Through 1:1 and small group coaching programs, incorporating LEGO Serious Play and the Emotional Culture Deck, I help leaders build emotionally intelligent teams and unlock their fullest potential. Let’s build together, one brick at a time.
