As the owner of FLA Realty LLC, a boutique firm, I provide management consulting service to the Cruise, Hotel, and Real Estate industry.I’m well versed in leading teams to develop and implement technology solutions, establish and manage HR functions, talent sourcing,and assemble the essential resources to take a vision and transform it into a successful operational start-up.I previously served as Director, Human Resources with American Classic Voyages,Celebrity Catering and Royal Caribbean Cruise line. I was part of the original teamthat built Royal Caribbean from a small company with three ships, 2100 passengers, 900 crew to 20 ships, 60,000 passengers, and over 30,000 crew upon my departure 22 years later. I have traveled extensively around the globe, speak Italian, hold a Florida Real Estate Broker's License,and have earned a Bachelor of Science Degree from Florida International University.
