Catalogued and organized this inventory.* Created pricing plan for used books based on their condition and perceived demand, as well as rules for which books to buy. Also created purchasing plans for a small number of new books to stock. * Determined the most efficient mix of used vs. new inventory for cost effectiveness and expected profits.* Designed layout for bookshelves by floor over three floors, priced out and sourced shelves, calculated the square foot per shelf to determine how many books would fit in each bookcase.
