I taught several sections of UCOL-U110 (First Year Seminar) and one section of HPER-E190 (Yoga I). We offered a few class discussions over Zoom during the global pandemic. Other days, we wore masks and sat 6'+ apart.

• Provided high quality, holistic, goal and career-oriented academic advising to ~400 current Kelley students, in addition to prospective, transfer, and Pre-Business students to ensure admission, degree completion, and that their career goals were visualized and accomplished.• Served as the primary advisor for ~60 international students; tracked degree requirements and made sure they stayed in compliance with VISA and/or sponsorship requirements.o Collaborated with the IUPUI Office of International Affairs (OIA) recruiter 1-2 times per year to answer questions about the Kelley School of Business to aid in international recruitment.▪ Emailed prospective international student aid in recruitment and increase matriculation.▪ Emailed the admission letter to each international direct admit to increase yield.▪ Manage each student’s orientation, transfer credits, advising, and degree completion.o Coordinated brown bag session with international students to gain feedback about their undergraduate advising experiences in order to improve communication and services.• Managed the undergraduate Academic Probation/Dismissal/Reinstatement program; check grades and meet with/coached each student at least 2x/term to provide support and enforce policy in order to help students return to good academic standing.• Collaborated with faculty to provide a rich Summer Transfer Student Orientation experiencethat focused on fit, engagement, and a sense of belonging to IUPUI and Kelley (2016-2017).• Managed New Student Orientation of over 600 students for Summer, Fall, and Spring, including transfer and direct admits (2016-2017).o Collaborated with University College staff to provide a seamless, organized, and high-qualityexperience for each student and their guest(s).• Co-chaperoned 17 students on a summer study abroad trip to Beijing, Shanghai, and HongKong, China in May 2017.

In the fall semesters, I taught a section of BUS-X103 for first semester freshmen who were directly admitted into the Kelley School of Business. Worked in the Office of study Abroad at IUPUI:*I worked with the social networking site, Facebook, as a way to market the Study Abroad programs to students. I have created pages for new directors' programs in order for students to communicate with each other before they leave or after they return. *I have also helped revise and present Fulbright US Student workshops as well as the Pre-departure workshops for 2-10 students to provide critical traveling information to include: travel insurance, safety, money exchange, communication and cultural expectations. *I have represented Study Abroad at the annual Fair and during information tables on campus. *I designed flyer to hand out to students at Earth Day 2010.
