A Financial affairs:-Overseeing the company's accounting work in the following areas (financial, cost, warehouses, fund). - Organization of the company's estimated budget (expenditure and expected income) in coordination with other departments in the company. - The organization of the final budget for the company and the preparation of financial statements and final accounts (balance sheet, income, cash flow, changes in equity) - The preparation and analysis of the costs of industrial products company (the company is engaged in the production of plastic household products and furniture). - Preparation and analysis of sales lists and compare them with the industrial costs. - Opening and organizing letters of credit with banks and follow-up until completion. - Overseeing the mission team organized bills of domestic and international sales and follow-up debt collection company from domestic and international customers on the one hand, and checking prices of purchases and pay the expense of suppliers on the other hand, complying with both sides. - Follow-up to the company's relationship with the bank in banking transactions (deposits, payments, documentary credits, overdrafts, loans and installments, etc.). - Follow-up to the company's financial matters and tax to the competent financial circles. - Assistance in the preparation of company systems (internal system, procurement system, financial systems, warehouses System)B Administrative Affairs:Overseeing the mission team organization and renewal of staff contracts and monitor their shift and vacation and salaries, and follow-up garage section of the maintenance records of the mechanisms of the company and its continuous inspection.
