Hello , I am Eng.Louay SAWAN.My experience is:1- technically 1- 1- I worked as system & commissioning engineer / Digital control system " DCS" engineer in many projects around the world in (Damascus-Syria), (Erbil- Iraq) ,(Calabar- Nigeria) and (Takoradi in GHANA) (400 ,230,161,132,33 and 11 KV substations).1-2- functional test engineer for protection and control panel.1-3- tendering engineer.1-4- procurement engineer.1-5- projects manager for many projects1-6- Investment portfolio manager1-7-Very good Experience in investing and trading in securities.1-8- analyze the financial statement for companies……………………………………………………2- Management 2-1- planning any project from ( detect scope, create WBS, find task and activities, time plan , cost plan, risk & HR plan, ....) 2-2 monitoring the executing stage in projects till closing point and make all lessons learned required.2-3- i have good experience in MS.
