About Erin Loucks

As the Director of Human Resources at Lone Peak Physical Therapy, I oversee the HR functions for almost 100 employees across 10 locations in Montana and North Dakota. I have more than 10 years of experience in HR management, working in diverse industries such as health care, interior finishes/design, and apparel. I also hold the SHRM-CP certification from SHRM to show my competency and experience in the HR realm, along with holding various roles across my local and state SHRM chapters throughout the years.My core competencies include employee benefits, employee relations, performance management, recruiting, learning management, and compliance.
