Working within the Client Services section my main duties require me to provide efficient and effective executive assistance to The Firm's Partners and staff. I am also responsible for the management of the administration staff and wider HR duties of the firm. Acting as a liaison between my employer and their external stakeholders requires me to use my highly refined customer service skills. I am responsible for maintaining The Firm's social media presence and use this tool to further promote their brand. I also support their vision of embracing cutting edge technology to ensure our clients experience maximum satisfaction when dealing with our organisation.

Providing the school's Executive with high level administration assistance, marketing and public relations.One of my most rewarding achievements in this role was the set up and roll out of the school's phone app and social media presence.
