My military experience instilled values I still honor: integrity, caring, discipline, loyalty, and reliability. I was promoted from private to Colonel, serving at the small organization level to the Pentagon. I developed leadership and management skills leading soldiers and large organizations in combat and peace time.I served at the national level and was mentored by some of our country’s best leaders. My accomplishments included negotiating a technology transfer agreement with Japan; preparing presentations for the President and Congressional Committees, and working with the Defense Science Board on the application of High Technology. I was selected to join the Army Initiatives Group where I successfully developed solutions for complex issues.I founded Integrated ComTel, a communications technology business. While the CEO for 20+ years, we grew to over 3,000 customers in Asia, West Coast, and Hawaii. I learned how to apply the skills associated with military operations, planning, strategy, and logistics to business. I held leadership positions on numerous boards.I’ve been coaching and mentoring all my adult life. Today, I support CEOs, executives, andbusiness owners from diverse backgrounds to achieve success and satisfaction. I listen "to understand" and to be able to share relevant experience, knowledge, and skills. As an authentic and understanding coach, I develop rapport that enables clients to gain greater clarity on their most challenging issues.
