✅ Led a multi-year Agile project to develop a system to effectively manage weather and avalanche services for BC highways, the application defined as a critical system by the Ministry and OCIO. Ensured that stakeholders expectations were met.✅ Replaced 19 applications with a single custom developed application. Managed 20 fulltime resources on the project. ✅ Managed a multidisciplinary team to prototype solutions and prove their effectiveness and produce accurate estimates.✅ Key Contributions: deployed the Highway Maintenance Contractor Reporting system. Led a 13-month Agile project to custom develop a platform for report submission, data validation, reporting, and analytics of the $400 million of annual work performed by Road Maintenance contractors across BC; included 2 major releases with multiple minor releases.

Led the IT organization through an IT Service Management (ITSM) program to facilitate IT process changes ✅ Architected and implemented a successful engagement strategy with over 50% of the IT team members volunteering to participate in ITIL process improvement working groups, securing successful buy-in for significant IT process changes.✅ Led technical advisor for architecting the company’s cloud computing and disaster recovery solutions. ✅ Established a Business Relationship Management program praised highly by the Executive Management Team.✅ Key Impact: enabled the company to scale headcount by over 300% in under 3 years, while ensuring the company was protected from the loss of its Data Center IT operation, with the ability to recover from a full data loss in under four hours.
