Reshaped NetAccess's core ISP business to include voice communications, data centre services such as virtual servers, colocation, and cloud services. In addition assisted with implementation of managed professional services for our clients to expand our device management into their LAN. Developed sales programs and initiatives for VoIP services using SIP technology. Voice segment grew from zero to 30% of business over a five year period. Incorporated key sales and marking strategies to grow brand and product portfolio throughout the region. Media included billboards, radio, digital media, videos, social media, SEO and web site. Built a sales team from the ground up to deliver sales and points of contact for our growing customer base. Assisted with implementation, project management and the development of a customer service group. Lead person in negotiating purchases of other business and integration into NetAccess. During five plus years at NetAccess sales increased 150% and business grew from 9 to 22 employees.

Hamilton

Assisted with the development of VoIP solutions for business using SIP technology as well as IP based camera solutions. Assisted with developing business plans. Responsible for sales and general management. Responsible for negotiating acquisition of other ISPs. Lead person for negotiating merger with NetAccess Systems Inc. in late 2008 culminating in a merger in January 2009.

Hamilton

As primarily a fixed wireless service provider, responsible for developing the systems for sales and implementation of Motorola Canopy wireless services to a residential base covering Grimsby through to Halton Hills. Responsible for developing marketing strategies and collateral support material. Business grew to over 1,000 customers until being sold to MDS Wireless in 2006.
