He has over 20 years experience in soil and groundwater assessment and remediation within the regulatory programs including Superfund, Voluntary Remediation Program, RCRA, RISC, LUST, State Cleanup, ELTF, and Brownfields.He has experience in Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESA) for commercial and industrial properties, Phase II site characterization studies involving soil borings, soil and groundwater monitoring well installation and sampling, and Phase III operations consisting of various remediation strategies including impacted soil excavation, Underground Storage Tank (UST) removal, land farming, activated carbon drinking water purification systems, application of oxygen reduction compounds (ORC), application of hydrogen releasing compounds (HRC), and injection of permanganate.
