• Worked hand-in-hand with Executive Producer on all aspects of show’s production, producing over 250 shows yearly in both studio and location environments. Oversaw all studio, technical and post-production operations consisting of 130 union employees.• Conceptualized state-of-the-art tapeless technical infrastructure creating efficiencies while increasing production value both in studio and on location. These implementations streamlined the post-production environment creating greater output while incorporating cost saving efficiencies.• Negotiated an arrangement with a town council in New Jersey to establish a permanent production presence and residence where over 30 percent of the show’s material was taped.• Negotiated union deals in conjunction with the Network that allowed for more flexible work rules and hybridization of duties outside of the studio. • Accountable for over 35 million dollar show budget.• Responsible for final approval of all purchases and staffing. • Successfully produced extensive location shoots in Puerto Rico, Orlando, North Carolina, Mississippi as well as many one-day shoots in the tri-state area. • Oversaw the creation of a digital department and hundreds of hours of companion content, which supported both the show’s and the Network’s marketing and web initiatives.• Oversaw 300,000 square foot warehouse operation supporting two show properties.• Implemented and managed P&G’s corporate audit security procedures
