In this role, I work within a highly motivated and professional team to provide specialist support to our local Business banking/ Agribusiness and Corporate clients through effective management of the Home Loan Portfolio.My Key Responsibilities are -- Pro active support of Business Banking/ Corporate teams to ensure sales and Cross sell opportunities are maximized. - Manage both non Relationship and Relationship managed clients to grow the home lending market share of the Bank.- Making effective Proactive Outbound Calls to customers within the business segment whereby I introduce a product or service that I believe with add value and help the customer achieve their goals.- Undertstanding the nature, complexity and risk appetite of client I manage on a day to day basis.

In this role, I am responsible for assisting a team of highly experienced Relationship Managers:- Acquire new business, - Prepare credit submissions, - Analysing existing accounts for cross sell opportunities. - Administrative functions.- Proactive support to a team of Relationship Managers- Relief Relationship Management duties- Assisting clients with their day to day banking requests and complex lending applications I am also actively involved in market and industry research and compliance

In this role, I dealt with a range of clients from the retail bank network attending to and identifying opportunities where I can add value. I specialized in the following: - Business development from new and exsisting CBA clients, internal and external referrers. - Financial analysis of client documentation to write and structure home loan applications. - Coaching and mentoring teams for lead generation. - Managing the customer experience from application to settlement. - Building client relationships through the provision of non lending products.Achievements-- Awarded the highest performer award for the 2011-2012 financial year in the Bankstown area.- Awarded numerous customer service excellence awards.
