Worked in the financial industry at Legg Mason before designing financial education programs for government employees for 29 years. I have a BA in Economics, certified economist with the Bureau of Labor & Statistics, and a Masters in Financial Management. My passion will always be baseball, where I was the state of Maryland player of the year as a prep player, attended the University of Maryland on a full athletic scholarship, played in the Atlantic Coast Conference. I was captain of Terp Baseball team my senior season. I was fortunate to fulfill a lifelong dream to play professional baseball in the Texas Rangers organization. Currently, I am a scout for the Philadelphia Phillies organization.I have been coaching baseball for 30 years from T-Ball to High School level. Nothing beats helping young players develop and share in their experience. As the head coach at Cardinal Gibbons High School in Baltimore, MD, academics was always stressed with my players. To play a part in their development and assisting them with their drive to play baseball at the college level was rewarding. I am very blessed to have had the opportunity to work with many players and families over the years and continue to assist young baseball players achieve success.This work inspires me to continue to help players through my company Diamond Recruiting. I work with players baseball training and development to help them reach their goals of playing at the next level.
