I have worked at Spirit Halloween for three separate seasons. In 2020, I worked at Spirit from July-November, 2021 I worked at Spirit from September-November, and 2022 I worked there August-November. As an assistant manager at Spirit Halloween, I managed employees, opened and closed the store, worked on shipments, did lots of customer service (returns, exchanges, questions). Spirit Halloween was a very fast paced environment, especially as it got closer to Halloween. I learned how to handle the environment and work efficiently and productively throughout the seasons.

I also took inventory almost daily, worked during events, and processed trades, dealing with consoles and videogames. A big focus was on sales and attachments, so I would recommend attachments, warranties, and other items to customers.
