Do historical research as to the restoration, recreation and add addition of more Desert Masonry walls, conceptualized by Frank Lloyd Wright. Work with Architects, Subcontractors and exotic materials Suppliers to recreate samples of original details. Procure difficult-to-locate sample materials. Created relationship with Owners to have samples approved. Pick up materials in personal truck for company scope. Describe scope and show site to pricing Subs and observing techs. Walk site and describe scope to County Inspector. Coordinate with Subs for complex details such as radiant flooring within interior concrete floors (subbed out): meet clients’ desired finish while avoiding cracks. Create RFI’s, and draw construction details for crew to better understand. Lead Monday morning “Jump-Off Meetings”. Review subs’ invoices. Do takeoffs and estimates.
