About Louie Naranjo
I currently work for an Amazon startup as a Smart Home Guru. This entails me to test new Smart Home technology products as well as install them in customers homes. In addition, I troubleshoot and fix any issues they may have while I am there and recommend other technology that is relevant to their needs. I also help work on commercial projects and deals, insuring that business partnerships go as planned through excellent displays of our service.I have also had the opportunity to pilot partnerships with other organizations within our company to drive awareness. The goal was to create a plan to market our services to drive demand. This has been increasing customer bookings by more than 50% month over month. In the past I have worked for Apple as a technical specialist. I have been there for 4 and 1/2 years, and would say I am very seasoned when dealing with ambiguity and conflict. Specifically I worked on troubleshooting and repairing Mac, iPhone, and iPad issues. I also work at Panhandle Getaways and 13 Hub Lane as head of IT and project manager (CTO). This requires me to look at both short and long term needs of the company, and manage capital to invest in order for us to reach our goals. I setup systems and build simple programs to help the company's efficiency.If something is needed of me, simply ask. I will get it done, or figure out how to get it done!
