Monitor sales data, out-of-stock, pricing, stock levels, share of market, quality of displays (account merchandising standards) and analyze this information and prepare reports to identify areas for improvement to be able to implement strategies in maximizing sales and product visibility.Conduct regular store visits to assess overall business in the area and monitor competitive activities such as brand launching, advertising, promotion campaign, price surveys, and to inform management about such activities.Ensure maintenance of accurate and updated database of all existing and potential accounts to assist the identification of needs. Use this information for planning and implementation of programs.Conduct monthly business reviews with the top management or decision-makers of the assigned account.Ensure the pipelining, distribution, and visibility of core SKUs.Negotiate promotional activities, bad orders, payment delinquencies, extra displays and planogram.Coordinate with Logistics Team on the targeted schedule of order processing and deliveries.Coordinate with Credit and Collection Team on account's creditworthiness, collections, aging receivables.Reconcile hanging balances for proper tagging of budget.Coordinate with Audit Team on the documentation of trade promos, rebates, display allowances, and listing fees.Monitor the OSA on a weekly basis.Monitor the Order Fill rate on a weekly basis.Coordinate with Merchandising Team for the activities in store.Manage the Coordinators for the proper execution of displays, promotional activities, store inventories and service level.

Monitors of Sales Invoices.Prepares Details of Payment (Bank to Bank and Manual Collection) and issues Official Receipt.Resolves issues and irregularities on problematic invoices.Prepares Statement of Account to follow-up ageing invoices.Reconcile invoice deductions, budget-related (Sales and Marketing) and outright deductions.Prepares Request for Credit Memo for Monthly clean-up.Monitors of Sales Budget for each account assigned.Do follow-ups inquiry on Modern Trade activities.Manages document (Debit Memo, Vendor-Trade Agreement, Memos, Contract, Official Receipt from Account) for later use.Submits monthly Hanging Balance and Full Invoice Report.Monitors of Discounts and Price Discrepancies.Reconcile Sales-related hanging balance with the Salesman for the budget-allocation.
