Finally, co-led a project to objectively measure the minimum sustaining target inventory by commodity, providing a baseline that facilitated thoughtful discussions around inventory management. As Associate Director, was entrusted to run potential acquisition or divestiture processes from inception to closing, where duties ranged from managing the due diligence process and acquisition team to negotiating deal terms and transaction agreements to presenting findings and recommendations to the executive committee at SBC.
