As a Consultant,1. We monitor and inspect all the on going constructions at site.2. We evaluate the accomplishment of all contractors for their billing.3. We make a solution if there are minor issues or error in the design, depends at site condition.4. We are the ones who report to the client about the happening at site.

- Prepares the plan as per site visit- Prepares BOQ for the following scope of work that needs to construct the proposed request of local government units- Estimates the materials needed- Site visit for confirmation if the said request is under local government and not under DPWH.
