Organising marketing activities for our client's tours across Europe and Asia. This includes working out announcement and on-sale timelines, coordinating presales with promoters and external ticket partners, optimising promoter's marketing budgets, servicing tour artwork, admats and video tour trailers to promoters, artist teams and other parties involved, as well as handling any marketing related queries that might arise. Furthermore, I work closely with our London Director of Brand Partnerships on commercial brand deals on behalf of our clients. This includes creating and updating artist one-sheets, analysing artist demographies, identifying relevant artists based on brand pitches.

Collection ticket counts for upcoming shows/tours, creating and entering contracts for future shows/tours, creating "Certificate of Sponsorship" for non-EEA clients, allowing them to enter and work in the UK, entering data on clients, promoters, and venues into in-house systems, taking an overload of work from agents assistants, research projects and other ad-hoc tasks.
