• Financial Management- Ensure that OPEX and CAPEX is in line with Budget, Control Regional Fixed Asset register, • Regional Stock Management-Ensure timorous stock ordering for showrooms, Ensure monthly stock takes are conducted as per policy for all showrooms, Regional warehouse and Company Managed Stores, Ensure adherence to security guidelines and have steps in place to reduce any risk, resolution of audit recommendations • Showroom Management – meet the laid down visual standard and the consultants are fully trained & familiar with Cell C products and Services, Setting Measuring and meeting agreed performance targets, Teams productivity, conversions interactions captured, Liaise with other business areas to resolve customer problems, Manage volatile situations- Difficult customer complaints from walk-ins, trade queries. • Internal and External Customer Satisfaction- Review regional repair report, Provide monthly repair status report for the Region, ensure all escalated queries are resolved, Manage all switchboards and reception related functions by ensuring high customer service standards • Channel Effectiveness & Satisfaction – Achieve minimum 80% positive satisfaction index on successful resolution of regionally based trade partner queries, repairs, stock, claw backs and commissions, Analyze financial statements and provide feedback to assist with channel profitability • Staff Management – Assign, monitor and co-ordinate assignments, provide technical, procedural and policy guidance, participate in the recruitment and hiring of staff in all Regional departments, Evaluate performance of direct reports • Facility Management – Manage contract cleaning staff, Control and replenish staff • Health and Safety - adhere to all Health and Safety policies.
