•Conceived and created a new position in the nascent Kroc School to provide administrative leadership and oversight of non-academic administration including budgets, human resources, facility management, conference venue operations, and to implement organizational strategies and policies. •Collaborated with the Dean and Directors to effectuate strategic reorganizations in response to evolving organizational dynamics. •Contributed creative leadership for transitional projects and managed developing functions until they were integrated into new systems. •Oversaw space planning and facility improvements including the creation of a Dean’s Office Suite, Global Connections Room, Ideation Station, Faculty, Academic and Institute offices, and donor-named Wasson Social Innovation Lab for the launch of the school’s new Master in Social Innovation. •Led the revamp, planning, and realization of the Kroc School’s signature Medal of Peace event celebrating the school’s 10th anniversary and honoring Forest Whitaker in April 2018. •Represented the Dean on university planning and other committees.

•Established and developed the systems and staff to operate the University’s new state-of-the-art Kroc Institute for Peace and Justice, a 92,000 sq ft facility housing administrative and faculty offices, classrooms, conference rooms, a 300-seat auditorium, and a separate guest residence. •Supplied space and support for 1K+ meetings, conferences, and events organized annually by the University and leased space to external organizations. •Managed space planning, facility improvements, maintenance, and purchase of equipment, and furnishings. •Supported the founding Dean in launching the Kroc School in 2007 and the integration of the Institute for Peace and Justice, Trans-Border Institute, and the Operations unit under one School. •Oversaw special projects including the School’s initial branding and website.
