Oversaw a team of five regional revenue managers and an annual portfolio exceeding $300M. Created department pricing strategies, promotional plans, and financial forecasts. Managed revenue for 1-3 hotels concurrently, spanning 7 different hotels (2,500+ keys) throughout the period. Demonstrated industry leading RevPAR growth through pricing optimization, market segmentation analysis, and promotional planning. Developed and executed weekly strategy and performance presentations to property general managers and corresponding teams.

Provided analytics and reporting to revenue management and property leadership teams. Learned brand principles while developing fundamental revenue management skills and strategies. Worked closely with the customer contact center.
