Utilize business intelligence tools to create databases from multiple legacy reporting systems and then query those databases to produce unified, easy-to-read reports that allow stakeholders to resolve those equipment installation discrepancies.• Engage external stakeholders to produce executive level briefs and disseminate executive level guidance into action plans.

Marine Corps Air Station Miramar

• Conducted operational and contingency support planning for training exercises that employ 5 squadrons, 200 Marines, and $100 million of equipment.• Coordinated logistics for exercise personnel and equipment, delivering them on schedule with zero safety incidents.• Coordinated process improvement projects. Authored a revision of a training exercise planning process document. This document detailed the schedule of deliverables and cross-coordination procedures for 40 exercises each year.• Managed a Lessons Learned program that captures the after action debriefs published after each exercise. Integrated the debrief points into future operations and projects.

Marine Corps Air Station Miramar

• Led a 40 Marine team in 22 major exercises and operations that integrated Marine capabilities into Joint and Coalition command and control networks.• Built and implemented a Detachment curriculum training Marines in 6 different military occupational specialties. • Supervised 40 Marines’ training, mentored their career progression, and evaluated their performance.• Accounted for $28 million of equipment. Supervised maintenance cycles, replacement part acquisition, and required upgrades.

Okinawa, Japan

• Selected as a subject matter expert to test Common Aviation Command and Control System phase 2. Documented test incident reports and supported over 120 hours of Readiness, Availability, Maintainability analysis.• Created a syllabus and training plan for the 60 Marines in the 4 maintenance occupational specialties to accomplish newly published training requirements.• Reviewed yearly projections for unit training exercises and employment plans. Catalogued all training opportunities and identified requirements to provide complete opportunities for qualifications.• Led a 40 Marine Surveillance Detachment to emplace a fully mission capable AN/TPS-59 radar and then forward via TDL surveillance tracks to various joint and coalition Command/Control agencies in support of Pacific Command ballistic missile defense operations.
